The hotel offered a great location near several restaurants. the room included outlets with usb ports. This made charging devices easy. a bluetooth speaker was also a nice addition to the room.
i found some inconsistencies with housekeeping services . sometimes, it seemed unclear whether i should ask for replacements for items. also, chromecast didn't function, even after i attempted to connect it myself.

locked minibarbathroom hairs
The minibar was locked during my entire stay, even after four requests. i had even paid a deposit. the room was also quite warm. The air conditioning always reset itself to 22 degrees when i returned. i had to adjust it every time. plus, i found hairs in the bathroom-in the tub and under the sink. this.

I found a modern decor with great taste. my art room beautiful king room was very spacious and clean. the bed felt supper comfy, i really slept well. i enjoyed the gym. The view from it was amazing. staff was very friendly, they helped me a lot.

the staff were always smiling, they were cute, and they were helpful. the staff accommodated early check-in. staff handled luggage and delivered prosecco upon arrival. staff was quick in answering questions.

the breakfast was delicious. i valued that i could get it delivered to the room for free. there was a nice LITTLE pool and sauna area.
housekeeping was inconsistent. sometimes they skipped housekeeping altogether and i had to ask the front desk. chromecast didn't work. it was a letdown because of this.

the gym had great views. the breakfast was very tasty. the staff were helpful (especially the manager!).
the automatic curtains did not work correctly. the bathroom had an outdated shower curtain. no hygiene package was in the room like a toothbrush.
